The Power Within

I can no longer hide the desires I have in mind.

I am finally ready to seek and I wonder what I shall find.

The knowledge that I desire to acquire must be found from within for my path to begin.

An Ode To Self Expansion

In order for our life's work to begin, we have to look within ourselves. Going on a journey of self discovery is the greatest gift of self love you could ever give yourself. It is a gift that is for our greatest good so we can become the best version of ourselves. Self love and self respect is a precious gift that we are owed. To quote RuPaul : "If you can't love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?" After all "you can't pour from an empty cup!" (Thanks for the quote Deddy <3 )

So, fellow majestic creatures, lets take baby steps to self expansion together by doing the following...

1. Go on an adventure and see where the day takes you.

2. Update your playlist with new songs that make you feel happy.

3. Start journaling. Sometimes you never know how you truly feel until you write it out.

4. Take yourself on a date. Buy your favorite meal and eat alone, buy yourself some flowers, or just go for a drive and listen to your new and improved playlist!

5. START SETTING CLEAR BOUNDARIES!!! (It's okay to say no.)
