What is self compassion to you? How do you express compassion to yourself? List 3 compassionate things you would like to do for yourself.
*Take about 10 to 15 minutes to center yourself, clear your mind, and open your heart so your emotions can flow naturally from your pen. (or electronic device)
I'm so grateful for everybody who continues to tune in and support my blog! I truly love y'all.
