Infinite Risings, Y’all!
I’m Moe The Majestic and welcome back to my blog! As always, I’d like to express my sincerest gratitude to all my loyal supporters! I literally fall off the face of the earth for a few months and you guys still read every post so, thank you guys.
Without further ado, let’s get into it!
For this months journal entry, we’re going to list three goals that we’d like to work on in March.
Why three goals you ask? Since March is the 3rd month of the year; we’re gonna set 3 simple goals to help maintain our day to day lifestyle.
Three is the number of unique thinking and creative expression so, make your goals as big or as small as you’d like!
In the spirit of 3, we’re going to set goals in the following categories:
Mind
Body
Spirit
Ight ya'll, pull out your journal and let's get it poppin'.
Write one goal you have for your mind/mental health. Maybe you’d like to meditate more or do more journaling/shadow work. Anything that calms your mind in a positive way is a great way to start.
Examples: Build a puzzle. Paint/draw a picture. Practice guided meditation (I watch the 5 minute ones on youtube.)
What is one goal you have for your body/physical health? Perhaps you got a gym membership that you still haven’t used (like myself) #Don’tJudgeMe. Or, you simply want to change some of your your eating habits.
And lastly, what is a goal you have for your spiritual health? Would you like to pray more often? Or read more sacred texts like the Bible, The Tora, or The Quran. Perhaps you'd like to be more active in your church/faith community.
I hope these simple yet meaningful goals for the month of March help you take more positive steps towards living the lifestyle you aspire to.
