Laughter is my favorite coping mechanism and the end of 2023 for me has been busy & stressful so, I decided to make a lil poem for shits & giggles this time.

Yep. Not talking about spiritual/mental health or generational curses this time. Sometimes you just need a good laugh.

Writer's Block (While We Wait)

I ain't even finna sit here and act like my mind hasn't been trapped ...

Ya gal's had writer's block so, perfecting my craft has been one hell of a drag.

You see, life's been lifein' (REAL BAD) and I've been fightin' but WHEWWW CHILE; life's been biting me in the ass...

Nevertheless, this too shall past or at least I hope so before my ass is grass!

I'm just tryna have a blast until this writer's block is in the past.

While we wait, I might as well catch ya'll up...

Life was good and shit was straight! Ya gal was traveling from state to state and goin' on hella dates...

Then BAM! A bitch got sick, I quit smokin' them electric cancer sticks and now I feel spastic like Mr. Sir from "Holes" because goddamnit, I liked myself better when I smoked!

Nawl but for real, fuck all that shit... All I'm tryna be on is litness and all 2024 I'M STANDING ON MUFUCKIN' BUSINESS!!

I hope y'all enjoyed this lil rhyme. It's just a lil something to help the time go by.
